Great service! I had my brakes checked a couple of weeks ago and there was no charge when they did not find an issue so when I had issues with the steering on my suburban, I knew right where to go. I never confirmed the alignment before they completed the steering work and they completed it anyways and offered it to me for free if I didn't want to pay for it. Well I didn't but I paid for it anyways as I feel that they were fair to me in my previous situation. Thank you and I appreciate your honesty and great service. If only you had a local shuttle.

The whole team at the St. Louis Park Big O location is fantastic! Mechanic Gary is simply a Rock Star! Reviewed, explained all that needed to be done on our Focus. Finished in a timely manner as promised. Great customer service! Thats why we keep bringing our 4 vehicles back to Big Os when they need servicing.

Went here for the first time to get my tire patched. Could not have asked for a better experience. They patched the tire for FREE and didn't even try to sell me on a bunch of other stuff, which was refreshing. The front desk gal was really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be giving them my business when it is time for new tires! Highly recommend!

I had an 8:45 appointment to have winter tires poor on. I arrived at 8:40 but my car didn't get started on until 9:15. My car was done at 10:20. 1.5 hours seems like a long time to get tires switched out. Also, not sure if the heat was working in the waiting area, but all of the customers were freezing. The wifi is appreciated.

I came in for a tire repair and the service I received was prompt, courteous and efficient.

We have been going to this location with both of our vechiles. And have been very happy with the service. The last time I gpt my oil changed there was a big greasy foot print on my floor mat. And he changed the air pressure on all my tires wrong.
