I was very pleased with the services given at the time, but since then, my slow leaking tire is still slowly leaking. I took the car to the dealer and had the TPS sensor replaced as determined by your technicians, but I still had to pay the dealer's diagnostic charge, plus parts and labor. Not your fault, it's just dealer stick-it. The TPS sensor was not in the tire that is leaking, so I guess I'll have to bring that leaky tire back. Sorry.

We originally took our car to your Oakdale location that Fiasco took 2 weeks no one seemed to know what was going on but you're Saint Louis Park location made everything right

All the people we dealt with were exceptional. Treated my special needs son with respect and included him on what they were doing to his car. Definitely would recommend them to others.

Finished in a timely manner as promised. Great customer service! Thats why we keep bringing our 4 vehicles back to Big Os when they need servicing.

Everyone at the shop was very nice! As a female going to these appointments is intimidating, but the desk attendant was also a female which made me more comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the oil for my car. My service was done very quickly. The gentleman that serviced my car let me know I will probably need to replace my tires in the spring which was great information! He was only doing an oil change but without me asking checked out my car to make sure I was safe on the road.

There were some delays; however the associate was very courteous, and offered me a discount because of the delays. I was frustrated yet the associate explained understandable reasons for the delays and did everything he could to help me feel satisfied. Ultimately it was a positive experience.

When I first called, I was asked to be put on hold right away. I was on hold for 10 minutes, so I figured he had forgotten about the call so I hung up and called back. This time he didn't put me on hold so he must have actually forgotten about the call.

Website didn’t clarify if drop offs were still allowed (it was and they were great) but there also were no drop off envelopes. No other complaints

I didn't have an appointment scheduled so I was just going to drop my car off but they were able to get me in and get my car taken care of while I waited.

I had an 8:45 appointment to have winter tires poor on. I arrived at 8:40 but my car didn't get started on until 9:15. My car was done at 10:20. 1.5 hours seems like a long time to get tires switched out. Also, not sure if the heat was working in the waiting area, but all of the customers were freezing. The wifi is appreciated.

We have been going to this location with both of our vechiles. And have been very happy with the service. The last time I gpt my oil changed there was a big greasy foot print on my floor mat. And he changed the air pressure on all my tires wrong.
