first time there and noticed a smoky smell as I walked in. Not the most inviting appearance. The gentleman who was behind the counter could be a little more friendly but came across as not really knowing how to find my website appointment. I was offered a long term alignment warranty I agreed to a year coverage since that was why I was there to have it checked. The mechanic Gary, was very nice and explained about everything. alignment was not needed. I ended up paying for the warranty but now I regret purchasing ($153.00)since I did not need an alignment after all.

A. Going to wAit on repairs till it gets worse. But the stuff leaking from my car was compressor fluid to air not red for transmission. Not sure if it was misdiagnosed. Cause I brought in green yellow cloth that I was leaking not red fluid. I like O tires cause it's close to my home and I've always received good and friendly a d knowledgeable service most of the time. Always use for lil change.

I was very pleased with the services given at the time, but since then, my slow leaking tire is still slowly leaking. I took the car to the dealer and had the TPS sensor replaced as determined by your technicians, but I still had to pay the dealer's diagnostic charge, plus parts and labor. Not your fault, it's just dealer stick-it. The TPS sensor was not in the tire that is leaking, so I guess I'll have to bring that leaky tire back. Sorry.

All the people we dealt with were exceptional. Treated my special needs son with respect and included him on what they were doing to his car. Definitely would recommend them to others.

Work was done quickly & met expectations. But cost for snow tire swap went from complimentary to $40! Waiting area was clean, but coffee was over cooked & full of grounds. Manager was gruff (preoccupied?). I did not feel as welcome as I have in the past.

I have 2 main issues with my visit. I specifically asked the team to check my engine coolant level, because my indicator warning light had come on. At checkout they assured me that it was topped off, but as I was driving later that day the warning light came on again. Also somehow the team misplaced my lug nut key, so I was forced to buy a new one at my dealership at my expense. Since I was there I had them check my coolant level, and they confirmed no leaks and then they topped it off for me. The light has not come back on after that. Disappointed in my visit to Big O.

Everyone at the shop was very nice! As a female going to these appointments is intimidating, but the desk attendant was also a female which made me more comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the oil for my car. My service was done very quickly. The gentleman that serviced my car let me know I will probably need to replace my tires in the spring which was great information! He was only doing an oil change but without me asking checked out my car to make sure I was safe on the road.

Recent repair (for control arm and ball joint) broke again after 14 months. Hard to find out if under warranty and left my car dirty.

I asked for conventional oil, was told I'd get conventional, then received a synthetic blend because ostensibly Big O Tires is "required" to install what the maker of the vehicle recommends. In 6.5 years I've only had conventional oil in my car - usually at this very location. Even the Ford dealership would put in conventional per my direction. However, I was only charged for a typical conventional oil change. I do no appreciate being lied to. Additionally, I was quoted $1,200 to change out the shocks in my truck. I was told they were struts. Not true. It took me $115 for parts and about 2 hours of my time to do it myself. I am considering reporting this absurd quote as deplorable and extremely dishonest. It makes me wonder how much this location takes advantage of people that don't know better. I usually have had good luck at this location but things apparently are changing for the worst. I won't be going back nor will I be suggesting this place to others as I had been doing for years. It's too bad.
