Big O Tires

I came in for a simple oil change as there were finished I asked him about putting air in my tires and checking a tire pressure and he said they didn't do it as I'm paying they will do it so okay then I get in to leave going a block down and all I see is smoke it was leaking everywhere well he didn't out the filter piece back I had oil everywhere on my engine it was smoking so much I had to pull over and wait not going through this again

A. Going to wAit on repairs till it gets worse. But the stuff leaking from my car was compressor fluid to air not red for transmission. Not sure if it was misdiagnosed. Cause I brought in green yellow cloth that I was leaking not red fluid. I like O tires cause it's close to my home and I've always received good and friendly a d knowledgeable service most of the time. Always use for lil change.

Oil change, forgot to update my car sticker for the third time in a row. Guy comes to change it with a large marker making it unreadable. I tell him I want another one and to get a new pen. He ended up writing the wrong date and mileage. If they can not do the simplist of things, should I entrust the care of my car with them. This location is just a joke, unfortunately, it is walking distance to my job, so I go there. Needs help!!

My tires were not checked and rotated

Extremely fast service.

The manager Robert Carson at the St Louis Park location is rude, Condescending, and extremely unprofessional. He quoted us a price over the phone and after we drove 30 minutes to get there he tried to raise it by $45 refusing to do it for the quoted price. There is a current coupon for the service but he said no he never heard of this service for that price even though it said St Louis Park provided this service at that price right on the coupon. He told me he'd take my money but wasn't going to do much at all to the car. Don't go here please save yourself from being talked down to, being frustrated and wasting your time. I have to give at least one star to post this review if I could give 5 negative stars or more I definitely would.UPDATED- I have sent my contact information as requested but as of yet still have not heard from anyone in concerning this issue : (

I had made an appointment for rotating the tires on my 2015 Lexus RX which I had purchased some 9000 miles ago and was "sold" the service package at that time which included free tire rotation. No sooner did I enter the shop and one of the mechanics cme out from the back and began peppering me with questions on why I wanted the tires rotated. He commented that they didn't just rotate tires for "lugnut exercise". And that I should be aware that if a nut gets stripped in the change process I would end up with a $100+ repair cost. Then the manager entered the check-in area and finally set up the work order. He then ask about a socket for the locking lugnuts and I said "well no one has touched the tires since you all put them on last Nov. So I and the two service members searched throughout the car to no avail in finding the lug key. I then went back into the shop to see how the manager was going to handle this. His loud response was that the problem was mine and once I went to Lexus to pursue another lug key he would asses whether Big O would pay for some of it. With that...I SAID YOU JUST LOST ME!". I have purchased at least 6-8 sets of tires from NTB and now Big O over a number of years. Never had I received this type of atrocious treatment. But, you know what even a former loyal customer can take his business somewhere else. Very Poor Experience!!!

Work was done quickly & met expectations. But cost for snow tire swap went from complimentary to $40! Waiting area was clean, but coffee was over cooked & full of grounds. Manager was gruff (preoccupied?). I did not feel as welcome as I have in the past.

Chef wasn't helpful at all I was customer for 8yrs for NTB the previous story and chef was alwas Rude to me now I am looking for other locations to take my business of my 8 cars unless the issue is solved thanks

I didn't have an appointment scheduled so I was just going to drop my car off but they were able to get me in and get my car taken care of while I waited.

I came in for a rotation and fix a slow leak. The leak was not fixed as the tire was low this morning (less than 24 hours after my appointment).

When I first called, I was asked to be put on hold right away. I was on hold for 10 minutes, so I figured he had forgotten about the call so I hung up and called back. This time he didn't put me on hold so he must have actually forgotten about the call.

Had an appointment for new tires to be put on. After over an hour of waiting , I was informed that the guy working on my car was still having trouble with the first tire. He couldn't figure out how to put the new tire on my wheel. So after 2 hours of wasting my time , I was send home with no new tires , and driving on a spare since he couldn't put that first tire back on . The lady working in the front was very nice & apologetic, and told me to come back another day when there was someone working that knew what he was doing better. Kind of ridiculous that I go to a tire shop and they don't even know how to change my tires. Very annoying experience.

An oil change and tire rotation should not take over 2 1/2 hours. Especially when you have an appointment scheduled

Very Unprofessional. Went to Get an Oil Change and a Tire Rotation that took 2hrs and they didn't even Rotate the tires. Then Manager tried to Charge more than the Official signed Invoice. Manager was very Rude & didn't give a discount on the Terrible Service as promised. St. Louis Park,Mn Location is Poorly Managed, The Positive side was the Service Technician (Gary) who was professional & more Helpful than the Manager.

Upon receiving alignment, car never went straight on highway. Not communicated that anything was wrong the first time. Went back to get it fixed, associate assumed I wanted only alignment check and asked if I wanted it aligned again. Said they could do minor adjustment, steering wheel is slightly off or try rotating my tires to see if that was the issue. Only tired were rotated, didn't test drive car, left me too test it. Still the same, Still pulls left on the highway. May call back to try to get it resolved or may never return or recommend to anyone else. Waste of money and time. Not happy with comminication or services preformed at all

I have 2 main issues with my visit. I specifically asked the team to check my engine coolant level, because my indicator warning light had come on. At checkout they assured me that it was topped off, but as I was driving later that day the warning light came on again. Also somehow the team misplaced my lug nut key, so I was forced to buy a new one at my dealership at my expense. Since I was there I had them check my coolant level, and they confirmed no leaks and then they topped it off for me. The light has not come back on after that. Disappointed in my visit to Big O.
