The employees were friendly and knew what they were doing/talking about, they never made me feel inept.

I called to see when I could get in was told the next day...perfect. The total time for waiting was only 30 minutes...start to finish. You got to love that. Thank You Big O :-)

Mike was great, even though they were understaffed he was professional and kind. He went out of his way to get my tires on in a timeframe that worked for me.

Stop in to have battery checked and needed a new one. They installed and we were there less than 20 minutes. Great service.

Customer service is excellent, I've been there several times for a low tire and all employees are very, very nice and helpful even in the real cold weather. I was very happy with my last visit and will come here from now on instead of Honest one

John also took the time to honestly explain everything that was needed for my car and why. He assured me that it was the right thing to do for my car.
