I’ve gone to this location many times. Each and every time I am greeted at the door, given perfectly detailed information in what I am purchasing, car is clean when returned, when needed the staff would update me on what fluids need to be changed on a specific date/mileage, and keep it professional as well as a good neighborlike environment.

Like I've said before....it doesn't get any better!

As parents we wanted to purchase tires for a present to our son. The sale person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to charge tires on my Big O tire credit card. Thank you for all the help to purchase tires.

The guy I talked with was super nice and was very welcoming. I really like going to this location because my car is always done in under an hour. I have kids so when coming here I always bring them and walk around until the car is done. So so helpful. I will recommend these guys always. Thanks!

I come to Big O Tires for everything! Oil change, tires, and if I have an issue with my vehicle. Every time I come, they are so friendly and honest with what I need. I don’t feel like they are scamming me in any way. The mechanic is reasonable with what needs to be done and I feel like they are just good people. Special shout out to Scott for being extra friendly and great to talk to while I waited for my car!

Tires I had ordered to be installed weren't ones that they carried anymore or existed at all. Was offered reasonably priced tires. Got a call later in the day that they were a different size. The tires that fit were reasonably priced and the installation was speedy. I appreciated the care instead of being told that it wasnt going to be possible

I called with an emergency (rapid leak in our one car) and the guy who answered the phone helped. He gave me realistic time expectations, called back soon when we needed to shift gears to another solution, and was friendly throughout. He was also flexible when I needed to pick up the car after hours so we could flex childcare for my daughter. The price was reasonable, the tires good. Thank you!

Staff went out their way to answer any question I had. Offered to show maintenance needed and replace a wiper blade. Great staff
