Every time I come here I’m greeted with a big smile on everyone’s face and taken care of right away. Always good workers who are friendly and fast hard workers

I thought this was part of the family. I felt very comfortable there. Everybody was very nice. She explained to me what was going on what they had to do and they had me in and out. That made me really happy. I thought I'd be sitting there for quite a while. I think you got a good team there. And I'd like to thank them again if you could thank you.

I really liked how staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was initially told it would be around 2pm before they could look at it, but they were able to squeeze me in alot earlier (8:30am) which was amazing.

The only negative would be length of time on computer when checking in. This is everytime I go in for an appt.

all issues found during my oil change were explained and suggested remedies in the future. The price was very competitive and the time to complete the work was excellent.

I have never been to Big O. I came for a tire repair and ended up getting 4 new tires. The service manager was very knowledgable. The tech Tony was awesome. He worked quickly, educated me on some issues with my car, and was very friendly. I will continue to return for other services.

You have great people working at the big old tire in cottage Grove off of Jamaica avenue on January 19th 2020 my son had a flat tire no other tire place was open and you guys got us an right before you closed we were so happy and relieved we didn't have to leave his truck or call the tow truck thank you so much for being open on Sundays and having such friendly staff to help us

Very friendly

Not only did the staff attempt to fix my flat tire but they went the extra mile. When the repair kit didn't work, they found a bulge in the tire and were a big help with my claim with the tire company! They even got me in the same day to get my replacement tire done! Thank you so much guys!

I'm so impressed with the staff at the Cottage Grove MN Big O Tire The management, and all the staff in the shop are all so accommodating to my needs, and work so hard on my SUV They are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I wouldn't trust my SUV with any other auto repair shop. Whenever I call for a service appointment, I know my SUV will be in excellent hands Thanks so very much for being the best of the best.
