I love the staff at our location and will not take my vehicle anywhere else. They are not pushy and don’t try to rip you off. The place is always clean and neat.

First experience was short and quick - appeared too busy to acknowledge my existence. This visit was the opposite experience - great customer service except I didn't receive a call when it was done. I went back close to closing time and the work was done.

It was easy to schedule online. Associates were friendly, quick and very reasonably priced. Associate explained what the issue was and how it was resolved. Was very satisfied with my experience.

My tire had a slow leak so I brought it in as soon as the shop opened expecting to be without my car until the next day as that was the response from other tire shops I had contacted. To my surprise, and without me requesting, the manager was going to sneak me in before their first appointment. I didn't need the immediate service and told them I was able to pick my car up a couple hours later, but I was impressed with the customer service that was displayed in the manager trying to accommodate my immediate need.

We had an emergency with a tire. All auto places were either closed ( Sunday) Or not taking any more appointments. They got us in at Big O in Cottage Grove. It meant a lot! I won't forget their kindness and attention to us. Our issue was resolved., Thank you!

Pricing could be better on oil changes just went with alignment Front desk guy was great

I ordered a. Tire online that wasn’t available at my location. The associate does me find a tire in my price range. After we picked a tire, he continued to look for and found even a better deal for me!!

It was my first time going to a Big O Tires. I had noticed a leak in one of my tires so I was researching places near where I was living and decided to try them out! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, they were very busy and short staffed too, but he took time to make sure I was helped and was very kind. Then after the tires was fixed, I wasn't charged a dime!!!! I was not expecting that!!! I made sure to let my family all know and we will keep them in mind with any tire maintenance or sales!!

Kudos to the staff at Big O for reaching out to me after I complained about their service being a bit slow. Guess I should realize this is the season for new tires so I agree I could have been more patient. They call this customer service and it is good to see! Thanks Kevin!
