I was extremely happy with the service that I received I have a slow leak in one of my tires I had taken it to Car-X in Cottage Grove twice but they were unable to fix it then I took it to Tires Plus in Hastings and no luck there but Big old tires was able to resolve the issue and all they wanted for payment was a smile we need more places like this thank you Big O Tires I really appreciated it

John and his employees were quick but thorough when explaining things and giving me options for my tire purchase

The mechanic name Dean came and explained everything they did to my car. I forgot his name (I'm sorry) but he was working alone in the office even though he was very busy. He was very greet everyone and stayed friendly.

Great service! Need a rush appointment. Started scheduling online and called with a question, was advised I could come in right away and they could squeeze me in. Very polite and accommodating.

Got a flat tire the day prior during a “winter advisory” , offered to get my car in that same night but I was already at work, got me in for the only time I could make it the following day

Excellent service. Came in close to closing and they fixed my tire..for free! That just made my day and they stayed late to finish. I will be buying my next set of tires from them. 10's all around.
