With the appointment I made that morning I arrived on time and had the work done within 45 minutes. there have been ttimes when the same procedure has taken much more time to complete, but today they were fast.

I came in with no appointment and and I bought 4 tires an oil change and some new studs and it took like an hour for them to do it

They figured out exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly.

The manager and worker on my cars were great. They helped me find parts I needed and made good on something I was promised by the previous manager. The new manager is very upfront and helpful. He's cleaning up the shop and is doing a great job from what I can see.

So I brought my vehicle there to get an alignment they took my car and told me they were to call me in about an hour or two I got a phone call to come pick it up when I got there they told me that my vehicle still pulls to the right I was a little confused but then they told me my alignment was spot-on need to know work but my tires were causing my truck to pull right they did not charge me anything for this even though they could have and told me my alignment was off and my tires were bad now due to my alignment being off but they were completely honest with me didn't charge me anything for this in this day and age completely surprised these guys did a great job they were extremely honest and I will be purchasing tires from them as soon as I pick some out for my truck I will be back the Big O Tire Cottage Grove will have my business again thank you

Big O has always been very accommodating and goes above and beyond. This service was no different. I had made a comment to the service writer that I had been trying to get the service records from a Ford Dealership in Meridian Idaho where my parents had always had the car serviced but they have been completely unresponsive to my request. I asked them to put all the tires on a certain way and to ensure that when my spare tire is mounted the words can be read correctly on the rear. They did exactly what I wanted and even said he took almost all day to ensure it was correct as he (Dante) is a car person himself and understood the level of perfection I wanted from them. He was spot on with his work. Would recommend them to anyone else. Plus the pricing was very competitive.
