I was able to get a same-day appointment for service and the service was completed quickly. I always get excellent service at Midas/Short Pump.

I didn’t have an appointment because the auto window broke unexpectedly. Not only was she able to take me right away, but she offered me a loaner car so I could still get all my errands done for the day. Both of these were perfect right before the holiday.
