I was impressed by the overall customer service from this location; everyone was extremely professional and courteous. Communication for pricing for services was straight forward and was never forced. Very flexible in you need a loan vehicle, or if you close by a courtesy drop-off. Why go anyplace else to have your car serviced.

Clear communication and timely service

I received an email explaining by priority the work that needed to be done. The technician calked and further explained. Based on that I prioritized the work I wanted done & they completed it within a day. Talking with the technician was helpful in my decision making process. He was not oushy. He told me what was needed & I made the decision.

Great job done. Always quality work and no ?up selling?. Good honest employees at this store.

I brought my truck in for service because the dealership said I needed new rear brake shoes. Midas techs did an inspection first and saw that I still had plenty of life left on my existing brakes. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism from the techs at Midas.
