I very much like the easy process of scheduling the appointment to dropping off the car, and picking it up. If there are concerns either Amanda or Matthew are quick to call and notify of the concerns so informed decisions can be made. Incredible people and incredible customer service.

Really Really really nice people Great service and repair

I realized I had a slow leak in my tire on Saturday. I scheduled an appointment online that night for Sunday and was able to drop it off the next day and get a courtesy car. The work was completed on Monday afternoon and I was able to come in to pick it up at a time that was convenient for me. No one likes to have to replace a tire, but Midas of Short Pump made the experience as easy as it could. Thank you!
