I received a coupon for a oil change for $19.95 with a tire rotation so my wife took the car in for a simple oil change. To make a long story short she was there for over 3 hours because the shop didnt have the proper oil filter for our vehicle. Instead of

There is no perfect experience in the automotive service industry in my opinion. This location is above most because of Jaime and attention to detail.

I little pricey but they where cool.

Received an email stating I could get an conventional oil change. But when I got up there I was told they don't have that kind of oil.

Check in was horrible. Went for a oil change with coupon. Did not do tyre rotation until asked. No other multipoint checks done as per the coupon. Not professional at all.never going here again.

No complaints with the maintenance work performed however I do take issue with being told that my coupon could not be honored because conventional oil is no longer used at this location. Only to receive the same coupon for conventional oil from this locati
