Well; I needed a lot of major work done. I knew it was not going to be cheap/ easy to do. What I did not expect is getting a ride from RYAN during the repairs or how fast the repairs were done. Plus, A few things were pointed out to me by CHUCK that I had NO IDEA were in such bad shape. Very informative & professional. Plus, JP did most of the work. The man is a BEAST !! He got it all done correctly & professionally in one single day. That really blew me away.

Ryan at the front desk was especially nice. I had routine maintenance done on my SUV.. Work was done satisfactorily at a reasonable price.

Ryan was helpful from the start, he helped me understand the issue with my vehicle. Then ryan helped get my payment done.

Went in just expecting a routine oil change and tire rotation, advisor recommended that I get the front brake pads and rotors replaced and I figured it was time. They were able to get that and the oil change done at the same time same day which was nice that I didn’t have to reschedule.

Were able to do the work right away. Listened to what I wanted and found the right tire for my needs. Both the person who I dealt with initially as well as a young man named Ryan who worked in the bay area were really pleasant. Much cheaper than the dealership. Who incorrectly said I currently had Bridgestone (they were Michelin) and even had the wrong tire size down. Not a lot of confidence there. I might be bringing my car to Midas for its oil changes etc. from now on.

They took their time and had lots of patients with me. They totally explained everything I needed for my car and they even pointed it out to me. Very polite and I would recommend them to all my friends.

I had a broken heat shield on the back of my 2005 Corolla and they just took it back and took it off for no charge.
