Preparing for a cross country trip, i needed a new set, theyhad 4 in stock, took my truck in righr away, got completed right away. Very pleasent, professional.

I looked online to find a place for an oil change. I scheduled it online. That was great! The internet price was $39.95. I went in and was charged $82.97. I questioned the associate and he asked if I had taken a pic of the price that I saw online. And, I did not. I was NOT happy but, I paid the $82.97. Then today I wanted to make a complaint about the pricing. I first called the location where I had the service. I got an assistant manager who was VERY kind! He name was Brooke. Brooke apologized, honored the $39.95, and refunded the difference to my bank card. Now that was GREAT customer service!

As always, your Missouri Blvd Shop took great care of us. Dropped off my truck for tire rotation ands was called when it ready for pickup at the time I requested. Keep up the good work.

I always get great service. Was told I need rear break job and was given a quote as to the cost. Arranged for an appointment to have that work done on February 1st
