Big O Tires

I've been going to Big O on the Blvd for over two years now, I got a new car the end of Feb last year.. I've always gotten my oil change on Thursday for Lady's Day & recieved a free tire rotation. I got my total on Thursday and it was $60, I got to my car & looked at all my past totals and they were all $29 and some change. I had asked the guy (I think he's honestly new, bc I've never seen him in there) if I got the Lady's Day special, and he said yes, but bc I didn't buy my tires from y'all they can't do it for free. I'm not sure if I'm the past it's always been waved & shouldn't have been.. but I was a little shocked to see I was paying double than what I had been in the past..? Other than the price doubling, I have chosen Big O for every service needed bc I always have great luck with the servicemen.. if my windshield wipers are in bad shape- they bring it out & show you. If my air filter is disgusting- they show me it. I have never felt like the guys were/are ever trying to get me to get bogus things fixed for my money- & that's all I can ask for!!

The staf6was friendly, and they were ready for me when I arrived, they were clear explaining what they found and inspire me trust that everything was fine.

Big O told me at my last oil change and tire rotation that I would need my brakes looked at soon, and have me a quote if what that would cost. I came back 2 weeks later and had them perform the service and had my car back by lunch

I work at StorageMart right behind Big O and it is so easy and quick and convenient for me to drop it off and in a short time get a call that it is ready and I walk to there and pay and pick my car up! The associates are so friendly and informative.

I called for an appointment for Tuesday, we dropped our car off Tuesday morning before your store opened and it was ready to go before 11 am as requested. We had the front end aligned and a leaky tire repaired. As always we are very pleased with the service we receive from Big O, even on a recent trip to Colorado.

Brooke Bennett I believe was her name and she kept me well informed and explained everything to me when I got there to pick up my truck. She was amazing!
