Great service. Performed all necessary work at the agreed upon and previously stated price. Didn't try to upsell me, and actually checked the quote to make sure I wasn't buying anything I didn't need. I would and will bring my vehicle here again.

I came in knowing it was a bad battery, and checkin was fast and simple. I received a phone call about an hour later stating a second battery would be replaced. Issue and recommendation was communicated well. Received a text when completed. Car was ready at arrival and checkout was a breeze.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to have an issue looked at and the first thing I did was lock my keys in the vehicle. When I told them, they said it was no problem, so that put me at ease right away. Andy called me after they had assessed the issue, let me know an approximate cost and time that it would be finished as they had the parts and time to complete the repairs. When I picked up my vehicle, he told me they had also replaced a tire (under warranty) that had issues. They got the work completed same day and I was back to running my kids around. I appreciate that I feel like I can trust Andy and the work they do at Big-O. Thanks!

Friendliest most efficient tire place I've been to. Clean and orderly to boot. Some tire shops act like your questions are an unnecessary or irrelevant distraction, this place just the opposite. Great combination.
