Big O Tires

Our experience at the Jeff City office has always been a good one. The gentlemen are courteous, friendly, and we are treated well. Don't know if you recognize this but these things are very important to customers.

The price was good and Andy Forck was personable, professional and very helpful.

I always bring my cars here to have the oil changed. Last week was no exception. I received prompt service from the time I walked in the door until I picked up my car after the work was done. I highly recommend Big O Tires on Christy Drive.

Everything needing to be done as well as the price was clearly communicated to me. Upon time to pay the bill there were no surprises. The bill was as he said it would be. All of my questions were answered too. The man I delt with was very polite and respectful. I really appreciated that the lobby was very roomy and clean. I have more work to be done on my car and I definitely plan to come back.

Last Thursday, had my car serviced...oil change and wheel alignment. Never that easy, is it? The mechanic working on my car noticed 2 tires that I had purchased in St. Louis...another chain, not that long ago, actually had DRY ROT!Needless to say, I purchased 2 new tires from the Christy location. And am NEVERTHELESS dealing with that other chain again. The gang at Big O on Christy, have always taken great care of me....probably because they know I am "mechanically challenged", but I've never felt taken advantage of....my car now rides a lot smoother and I feel safer.Big O has my back.

Mr. Forck is very friendly and knowledgeable. He explains everything that is being done.

These fellows are THE BEST! They are ALWAYS helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly! They go the extra mile in service! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My husband works at this location, so I requested he do my oil change, I got the labor discount for having a family member working here, will definitely be returning for future needs.

We have always been Big O customers and have enjoyed the staff and service.

Everything was clearly communicated to me. I ended up needing more work then originally thought, and the guys were able to get the parts I needed and service my car very quickly.

Quickly got me in to get my oil change. Very relaxed waiting area with hot coffee in the mid of day.

I was able to schedule the needed service and get work done in timely manner.

John L. at your Big O on Jefferson Street in Jefferson City provides amazing customer service. The tires on my 2011 Ford Taurus were just over a year old and were shooting craps for us. He worked with in getting them replaced in a timely manner after determining that they were bad tires. Thanks for all your help John!!!

The work was excellent. Took longer then I wanted, but I got right in, so that made up the difference. I didn't have to make a later appointment, and that meant alot to me, as I am a truck driver, and its extremely hard for me to make and keep appointments. I was very satisfied overall.

We always receive great service from Andy and rest of the team! They know us by name every time we come in and provide great service each time!

I took my car to be inspected and it was done in less than an hour and they were really friendly.
