Big O Tires

Our experience at the Jeff City office has always been a good one. The gentlemen are courteous, friendly, and we are treated well. Don't know if you recognize this but these things are very important to customers.

This appointment was to check and fix a slow leak in my front right tire. A small puncture was discovered in the sidewalk and, due to the tire wear on all four tires, my vehicle mfg. recommended replacing all four tires. My tire wasn’t available; so, the staff assisted me finding a comparable tire that included road hazard rather than it being a separate charge which ended up saving me money. While I didn’t come in expecting to buy 3 tires, Kyle made the experience was as good as it could be for an unexpected situation.

I always bring my cars here to have the oil changed. Last week was no exception. I received prompt service from the time I walked in the door until I picked up my car after the work was done. I highly recommend Big O Tires on Christy Drive.

Everything was transparent

Last Thursday, had my car serviced...oil change and wheel alignment. Never that easy, is it? The mechanic working on my car noticed 2 tires that I had purchased in St. Louis...another chain, not that long ago, actually had DRY ROT!Needless to say, I purchased 2 new tires from the Christy location. And am NEVERTHELESS dealing with that other chain again. The gang at Big O on Christy, have always taken great care of me....probably because they know I am "mechanically challenged", but I've never felt taken advantage of....my car now rides a lot smoother and I feel safer.Big O has my back.

Bailey was very helpful on the phone and in person in regards to tire questions and products available. Kevin was very pleasant when checking me in for my appointment.

These fellows are THE BEST! They are ALWAYS helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly! They go the extra mile in service! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Scheduled online and had some questions. Kevin called within minutes to address my concerns and clearly explained the changes needed to meet my needs. My kids were with me (7 & 3yrs old) and everyone was super patient and accommodating to our needs while waiting. Very impressed with 100% of the process!

John L. at your Big O on Jefferson Street in Jefferson City provides amazing customer service. The tires on my 2011 Ford Taurus were just over a year old and were shooting craps for us. He worked with in getting them replaced in a timely manner after determining that they were bad tires. Thanks for all your help John!!!
