I had a flat and needed new tires. The associate that assisted me had exceptional customer service. The tires had to be delivered from Columbia, as neither JC store had them in stock as they were an unusual size. I was completely stressed, he knew it, and went above and beyond to make a horrible situation much easier to deal with.

Andy is always great to deal with. I've put new tires on 2 of my vehicles here in the last month. I have no reason to go anywhere else for tires. They have great deals and tires and are always fast professional and courteous. I will continue to go back to the Big O on Jefferson St.

Put more than just 2 people up front instead of relying on 2 main people to deal with customers in the store, in the garage area, & on the phones, it is too much! At least have backups to them so they have more help with customers on & off the phones as well as if 1 takes off & the other is doing it all by themselves! This is @ the Big O in Jefferson City near Ellis Blvd.

I had a really nice experience with the employees at the Jefferson St. Store. They were kind and explained things to me in a timely manner. I appreciate that I never got the feeling that I was being tricked into something. In fact, I knew of a problem with my car but didn't mention it because I wasn't prepared to get it fixed, and they noticed it without me saying a word. Because they were so attentive and efficient, I ended up getting that problem fixed, too, knowing that I would be taken care of.

It has been reliable place to bring my car for many years without any issues. Everyone is always helpful and do the job in a timely manner.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received form The store Manager John.After several visits trying to figure out the issue with my car. I had several things done and the problem was not solved. At this time I was getting very upset and was ready to go somewhere elseafter 15 years. John Lindesmith took control. The issue was solved, repairs done within a few days. My car was delivered to me. This was the best service I have ever received.
