Big O Tires

Staff was terrific, professional and very courteous. I came to the shop at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday afternoon with a tire that had become flat after hitting a piece of rock on highway 50. they got me right in with the right tires and out of there by 6 p.m. I would definitely recommend to friends/family members!

The help I got was too notch. The tires I wanted were unavailable. So the guy on the phone was able to get a better set for within 10% of the original quote. 45k tire to a 60k tire.

Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and they got me in right on time and I was out less than an hour later. Staff is always very friendly and helpful every time I’ve been there. It’s a great store.

I used to go to Big O ladies day quite frequently. Well I moved and now drive only 2 miles each day. There when we needed you: Last week my wife and I were in Jeff City for a Diaconate retreat and I found a very low tire on my Volvo S80 Friday afternoon just before the first session.We checked and found that we were just a few blocks away from the Big O Tire Center on Christie Blvd.I filled the tire and took it to them but it was almost time to close so we set up an appointment for Saturday morning and the tire was repaired and I was treated like a valued customer.I don't have any reason not to travel to Jeff City from Sedalia the next time I buy tires.Great people that took a lot of stress out of my week end.
