Absoultely LOVE your customer service reps, especially Andy. Andy does a fabulous job of explaining any issues and charges. We have a 16 year old daughter as a new driver that I can send her to Andy and know she will be taken care of completely. Thank you for such great service for our whole family!

Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and they got me in right on time and I was out less than an hour later. Staff is always very friendly and helpful every time I’ve been there. It’s a great store.

Andy Forck Always takes care of me!

On my way from Osage Beach during a down pour at 6:00 AM on August 29 my dash warning indicated I had a rear tire going down. I was close to Big O Tire and pulled in. To my dismay the store wasn't open yet. I waited until 6:15 AM and saw a light come on inside the store. Inside I saw one of the supervisors. I relayed my problem and the fact that my wife and I were on our way to a funeral in Iowa and had to make it by 10:00 AM that morning. He quickly had me pull in even though the store didn't officially open until 7 AM. A check of the tire revealed nothing in the tire and no leaks. He quickly checked all the other tires and aired all up to correct pressure. Sent me on my way at NO CHARGE. This was above and beyond my expectation. We made it on time. We will certainly be doing business with Big O Tires. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

The associate’s name is Bailey. He was knowledgeable and friendly; I felt like he was helping me. I know absolutely nothing about tires, so Bailey was a good resource. He did well.

I have been a customer of Big O Tires for many years. I love the consistence of the service, very respectful, truthful, facility always clean and individual customer service is like back in the good ole days. Products are super good.

Great crew of people

In and out very quick with little wait. I've normally went to the dealership where appointments still have over an hour wait.
