Very friendly and helpful.

Efficient service at a good price

Rusty, I would like to inform you that I will not be using Big O again. The problem was I was talking with the driver that dropped me off at work while I left my truck for service. I told him how Andy was great to deal with. That he does anything he can to make sure that we keep coming back. The driver then went on to tell me that you might think Andy is great but you don't have to deal with his paperwork. He went on to tell me how much he screws up the paperwork and doesn't know what he is doing, but he is getting better. When I asked Andy who dropped me off he said it was the Store Manager Mel Atteberry. So if that is the type of manager you have at your shops I will not return and I will make sure I let everyone know to stop using your shop. Andy has been at your store for a long time and I know that there are several people that only come there because of him. It is a shame that he is treated that way.
