Big O Tires

I brought by car in on a busy Saturday to repair a flat tire and went for a jog while I waited. When I returned, the tire was fixed and placed back on the vehicle, with the spare and tire tools put away properly in the trunk.

The people are wonderful to work with and honest.

I needed an oil change and a new battery. I frequently visit for my service and am always pleased when Andy is there. He is awesome.

I use them on Monday and what I thought was a big problem turned out to be nothing and it cost nothing to fix.

I have been a BIG O customer for over 25 years. They take good care of me and all of my vehicles. Yesterday the staff went above and beyond to deliver the car to me and take my payment over the phone. I was not able to take a break from the job to get the car so they coordinated getting the car back to me in time. I was very appreciative of this nice one time curtesy.

Andy is SO wonderful to work with. Andy has been helping me for 30 years+ and takes Great care of me. He assisted me with calling warranty company addressing issues with them, as he understood my problem and could talk the talk with them. Andy also worked with Michelin getting me a fair rebate on my old tires that did not wear according to tread estimate saving me a lot of money on new tires. He is so responsive, helpful and friendly and I would not go anywhere else. Everyone at Big O is Great!!

The customer service is always extremely professional and kind. They always call before doing anything and wait for the go ahead. They always explain in detail the issue and the fix.

Overall I'm always satisfied with the service provided on my car at Big O tires. I have a specific one I go to but usually all are ok & having a Bug O credit card helps me too.

I appreciated the communication. He repeated offers to me and made everything clear for me to understand. He didn't try and up sale anything nor did he pressure me into any purchase I didn't feel I needed.
