It was great.

My car needed brake work done. I was quoted a price over the phone. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I dropped the car off and was checked in quickly. I was called in just an hour to review the technician's findings and get an updated quote. I approved the work and my car was completed in less time than anticipated. When I went to pick my car up/pay I was told a higher price than what I was quoted over the phone. I questioned the associate about the difference and we realized we had miscommunicated the labor charge. The associate gave me a discount and coupon for free oil changes for the trouble. With the discount and cost of oil changes, I ended up getting more of a deal than I expected. I appreciated the associates willingness to make me a satisfied customer. I will be back.

Andy was very friendly as always, called me by name when I came in. He quickly helped me with a flat tire, getting it reinflated and checked out. Price was just labor, and I was done in 15 minutes. You can't beat that anywhere else!
