Big O Tires

Only place in town that I ever have service my car.

We have used Big O for many years. Never disappointed. Always good service.

After a couple attempts at the missouri Blvd location and vehicle was still doing same thing we took it in for the first place. We decided to take it to the Jefferson street location. Kevin was very helpful, kept me informed as to what was going on and what they found. We have not had any other issues after seven and his mechanics worked on the vehicle. I know that all big o tires are connected, but hands down Kevin and his team have earned my business. I will no longer go to the Blvd lovation

They did a great job mounting and balancing my tires and wheels.

We brought a car in for some work for our teenage daughter & once again Brandon has been very knowledgeable as to what the problem was just by how we described it to him. I tell a lot of people about the fabulous job that Brandon does and tell them to see him next time they need work. My brother was the same type of excellent mechanic and for a lot of years, it has been really tough to find someone who knew cars and went above & beyond to find the real problem with any issue, until we found Brandon. It is really wonderful to know our cars are in such great hands and when we bring them in for an issue, we will walk out with it fixed correctly and without a lot of expense since he knows what he is doing.

We brought our car in for an inspection. It was completed in a very timely manner. Brandon did an excellent job as always. There was quite a big crowd waiting to pick up their vehicles and people were a little confused on exactly who's turn it really was to pay. I would suggest a way to allow people to take a number or something in order to better serve customers in busy times as these. However everyone was kind and courteous of each other in this situation. I mention this as a way to serve customers, not to be critical.

Good service - they listen to your needs

My husband and I were very pleased with our recent purchase of 4 new tires, especially when the service representative directed us to a bonus price available to us within our timeframe. We were able to purchase the perfect tires for our car and driving needs and schedule time convenient for mounting and balancing the wheels. Big O' Tires was recommended to us by our daughter, and their reputation for quality and outstanding service is well-deserved.

Service personnel were knowledgeable about the specific tire that I wanted to purchase and the tire was readily available within the area stores. Was able to schedule appointment and got in for service at the scheduled time. Waiting area was extremely clean and kept. Seating was comfortable.

Andy and everyone at Big O Tires is so friendly, helpful, courteous, and kind. I lost my husband a few years ago, and he always took care of my car. I was so nervous about keeping up with the maintenance, and they have made it SO EASY for me and have taken such good care of me! The prices are very reasonable, and they have offered suggestions that kept my car running in tip-top shape! I am SO GRATEFUL!

Courteous & efficient service

John took such great care of us and checked out the used vans we bought. We appreciate that.

Walked in at 0700, asked for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. Was told it could take 2 hours. Was willing to wait. Oil change, inspection, and tire rotation was complete in less than an hour. I was told the alignment was a little off and needed to eventually need to be fixed-I had them fix it then. I was out in less than 1 hour and 30 minutes. Highly satisfied!!!
