As a woman I have felt that I was taken advantage of by my lack of knowledge of tires and service. I ask and they explain things to me. Recently took my car in for its regular oul change and tire rotation, they found I had a leak in headgasket.

Service personnel were knowledgeable about the specific tire that I wanted to purchase and the tire was readily available within the area stores. Was able to schedule appointment and got in for service at the scheduled time. Waiting area was extremely clean and kept. Seating was comfortable.

Everyone was very friendly, and the person with whom I interacted was awesome because, after finding out the service I needed, realized it wouldn't take long and got someone on the job right away instead of having me wait 1 1/2 hours. It was greatly appreciated! Also, the price was incredibly fair, thank you!

Walked in at 0700, asked for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. Was told it could take 2 hours. Was willing to wait. Oil change, inspection, and tire rotation was complete in less than an hour. I was told the alignment was a little off and needed to eventually need to be fixed-I had them fix it then. I was out in less than 1 hour and 30 minutes. Highly satisfied!!!

My son had a broken ball joint on his truck which resulted in a tow. I met Brandon at Big O when the truck arrived. We looked at the truck and assessed the damage. Brandon told me what he thought it would take to repair it. He was able to replace the ball joint, CV joint seal, alignment and ready for pickup in a timely maner. I can't say enough about Brandon's knowledgable and how good of a mechanic he is. Joe was also very helpful in the process of helping to get the truck repaired. These two guys are what make Big O the place that I will continue to come to for repairs. Thank you, Greg

I had a nail in my tire and needed immediate attention. I showed up at 7am when they opened without an appointment and got right in. There ended up being 2 nails in my tire and had to replace the tire. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Very satisfied!!

Always treated very well

My tires have been losing air for months. Made an appointment and they fixed all 4 tires and was charged a reasonable price! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very professional and nice.

I have to give all the praise to Andy Forck and his staff. We have purchased tires from Andy over the past 20 plus years. We have always been afforded the best of service.
