I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change and a check of my tires. All was done in good time and the tech provided a good explanation of the one area to be watched. I was pleased with the service.

I like the fact that they are experienced and only suggest what needs to be taken care of on your car.

I knew my battery was needing to be replaced. BoT checked the battery and agreed. However, they identified a second issue when my truck was still not starting quite right. They identified the issue as my starter was going bad - this is an older truck. They said they could have a replacement starter in 10 minutes from another location and could be done in one hour. Forty-five minutes later my truck was ready.

Scheduled an appointment for 3:00 and showed up early. They got me in and did service in about 45 minutes.
