Very good experience.

I knew my battery was needing to be replaced. BoT checked the battery and agreed. However, they identified a second issue when my truck was still not starting quite right. They identified the issue as my starter was going bad - this is an older truck. They said they could have a replacement starter in 10 minutes from another location and could be done in one hour. Forty-five minutes later my truck was ready.

Associates were very polite , friendly and knowledgeable.

Both my vehicles are professionally serviced for their tires, oil changes, rotations and inspections...Big O Tires are qualified from A to Z!
