Your service is so good you are always very busy. Had an 1-1/2 wait to get an inspection but since you have free wi-fi, thank you very much, time went quickly.

I went in searching for new tires that were quiet. Andy Forck recommended some tires and so far, they are excellent. They installed the tires and did an alignment and I am extremely happy with the results.

As a female, many times I have entered an auto store to purchase things for my car and have been treated as if I was stupid. John, at Big O Tire, was very helpful when I came in asking about my tire pressure and needing new tires. I was given the upmost respect. I left feeling as if I was the most important person he was helping that day. I will be doing more business at Big O Tire just for this reason.

Well for one,I knew that I would likely have to have a tube inserted in my lawnmower tire. About 11/2 hours later I got the call my tire was ready. The work was done quickly and fair price. The associates I dealt with were fair and friendly.

Once again, Brandon has gone way above and beyond in taking care of our vehicle. Hope you know what a gem he is and reward him accordingly. It's extremely hard to find such a good mechanic and knowing that, we ourselves value him very much. Thank you.

Easy appointment scheduling, wait time was very reasonable, free service but they shared with me that I needed brake replacement. However they didn’t try to scare me that it had to be done immediately or try to pressure me.
