I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me. I called before I came in and he greeted me on the phone in a very excited way, like I was the only person who mattered to him. When I arrived the same gentleman greeted me at the store and said he remembered talking to me on the phone. He was very personable. When I was waiting for my car he came and sat down next to me to explain what my car needed. He was very polite, knowledgeable and sincere. I felt like I was the most important customer in the store. At other places I have shopped for tires the language is not at all professional. I have never experienced unprofessional service at Big O Tires. Even though I had to pay for the service to my car I left feeling important. Thank you!

He was very friendly, patient and helpful with the entire process from my first phone call, to helping me pick out tires, scheduling my appointment, and ringing out my purchase at the very end. I wish all customer service people I encountered were as wonderful at their jobs!!

I always go to this Big O Tire location because of Andy Forck, and have been for 30+ years. He's such a great guy, and friend, and I trust him. He always works so hard, and always makes sure I and others are happy and satisfied. He is the Best! Please recognize him for his everyday exceptional service. Thank you!

I had a tire problem while out of town. These guys were amazing to help me come up with a suitable solution and get me safely back on the road headed home. Very much appreciated.

Service was great. I had a tire blow out and called to see if they could get me in same day. They were friendly and welcoming. They gave my options and told me the prices. They had me with new tires and ready to be on with my day in no time.

This is the only place I bring my car. I trust them and they always get me in and out pretty quick. Very friendly customer service too.

Mechanic fixed my truck, Customer service and management didn't do there job! Very disappointed in those 2 aspects. Otherwise everything else was great as always before.

The technicians were quick and efficient to get my alignment done. This location was kept very clean and the receptionist was polite. I like coming to this location because it doesn't take long in here no matter what service I'm having done. Great job!
