Big O Tires

We use them for all our oil changes on all vehicles.

Monty and Andy are Great!! Also, Joe ( think his name ) who took me back to work, and picked me up at the end of the day to get my SUV. My 120,000 mile, 8 yr warranty was about to expire because I was at 119,700, and I was about to take a trip that would have pushed me over the 120,000 market. That week I heard noise when making turnes, and I wondered what it was, and if covered by the warranty. The day I came in, Big O on Jefferson St was Very busy, but Monty said he would help me out. He said he have it looked at and let me know. He called me with the diagnosis, and called my Extended Warranty Company I bought from the Dealer in town when purchasing my SUV. The Company told Monty it would be covered and gave them the authorization to fix it. Monty knew I had to go out of town, and scheduled me to fix it right away. The day I had it done, Andy was working. I dropped it off in the morning, and when picking it up Andy said he'd call the warranty company and get my ticket paid from the company, but I told Andy to let me know what I owed etc. I called Andy back in a few days, and he informed me that the Warranty Company refused to cover it, even though they authorized it all upfront as required, even giving authorization codes to them. Andy told me that Unfortunately this happens a lot, which is totally sad and unacceptable. I asked Andy what I owed, and he said nothing and Big O was taking care of it all, which was So unbelievable and nice. But, I could not accept that, and told Andy that I wanted to pay my share, as it was not their fault and they shouldn't have to pay for the lies of the Warranty company. Andy did not want me or expect me to do it, but after talking about it we worked up a fair split and I gave him my credit card #. Andy is So great, and one of major reasons I have been going to Big O on Christy/Jefferson Street for over 40 years. Andy always helps me, and works with the Tire Companies on getting fair prorated prices for me, if not getting the posted miles on the tires. He truly takes care of the customer. Everyone at the store are always great!! Please thank Monty, Joe? , and Andy for Everything they did for me this time, and in past years! Brandon always goes above & beyond. We are very fortunate to have him as our mechanic who always keeps our vehicles running in top shape. He is very knowledgeable and uses common sense as well as knowledge which is always wise. Brandon listens to me as a woman and never dismisses what I say "because I am a woman". Big O is very fortunate as well to have Brandon. We don't want anyone else to touch our cars. We recommend Brandon to all of our family & friends whether they ask for a recommendation or not.

I have been going to the Christy Lane (now Jefferson St.) JCMO store for over 10 years now. I have always received great service here. Andy, John, Duane and Brandon (actually the entire crew) have always made me feel welcome and bend over backwards to make sure everything is done right. I will continue to bring my vehicles to the Jefferson St. location because of these hard-working, dedicated guys. Keep up the great work!

I always have great service and the staff are really nice. I often use the shuttle service, which is a fantastic service, but this time I went in for an oil change and they got me in and out in 30 minuets! It was great.
