First time using Big O Tires for oil change. I think I found a new place. Have used Jiffy Lube in past but nickel and dime you! It is great they offer Ladies Discount on Thursdays. I was very impressed by the information that was given to me over the phone, when I arrived to check in the car, and when I picked up the car. Excellence Service! This is hard to find these days. Thank you!
