The customer service rep was nice. the store was clean but I was not looking to fine fault with the cleanliness. I believe the service was professional and correctly preformed. as for product knowledge, that discussion did not come up at this visit. it was a good repair visit. I was not in a good mood when I showed up at the store. I was in a better mood when I picked up the car after the repair.

I have taken all my vehicles to Big O and they are always polite and professional.

I have always had a good experience with Big O tires.

I had an excellent experience @ BIG O TIRES however I have noticed it is a little hectic & crazy there @ times....1 thing I think that would need to be improved on is having more than just 2 people answering the phones & trying to help customers @ the same time,especially if a line starts to form with customers waiting. There are only 2 people doing both the phones & customers, can this be improved for better service?

It is always a plus to take your vehicle somewhere that you trust.

Andy, Kevin and the entire Team are Great! I had a flat tire, on the side of the tire and it couldn't be repaired. I was happy I had my road hazzard warranty I purchased with the tires! They took care of it for me and it saved me a lot of money! I am very happy with our Big O Tire in Jefferson City.
