Big O Tires

Great job, they fixed my flat and evaluated my tire for wear.

Big-O on Christy Drive keeps me rolling. They are always friendly and do a good job, but quick to address any problems.

I needed a tire. It was ordered. I came back 3 days later and was informed that I would need to replace all 4 tires for tread reasons. These tires were in stock. Had I been told this 3 days earlier my car would have been fixed the same day instead of me having to drive around on the spare during that time. I wasn't told that I needed to bring it back to be torqued after 50-100 miles but saw it on my receipt so brought it back in for that. Other than this my experience was a very pleasant one. I have used you in the past and will continue to do so. Your employees are very kind and helpful and the store is very clean. The costs are very reasonable.

I really appreciate the appropriate language by all of the employees. Many other car care places do not put a priority on language. I hear cuss words repeatedly at other stores. None was heard at Big O Tires! It is much appreciated! One suggestion for your staff: greet the customers as they enter the building even if you are with another customer. Some employees walked right past me without saying a word and no one had helped me yet.

Andy handled my request to repair a tire air leak quickly and got it done while I waited.

Tire Rotation, even though they busy, turn around was still quick and out in no time.

Andy and Wes always go over and above to make sure that I am taken care of. Even though I had to take the vehicle back for the same problem they made sure that it was right. I take all of my vehicles to Big O for all services. They also ask before doing any services that I did not request and a heads up for things that will need to be done in the near future. Well they were very honest about me needing to replace only two tires...Also, they lost my keys, but it was all hands on deck till they were found.

While traveling home from vacation pulling a boat, we had the unfortunate luck to have blown two trailer tires. Big O Tires on Jefferson Street in Jefferson City took great care of us. We purchased five new trailer tires. They had them installed and had us back on the road in less then an hour. Thank you, Kevin, for all of your help!!

Not sure why I have to pay for a mount and balance because the tire was defective. This seems like a cost Big O should get from the manufacturer not the customer.

Andy and All the Team members are Excellent! I go to Big O Tire in particular because Andy is there, as he has taken care of me for years, and is GREAT! He always does what it takes to help me. My last visit there was also great because of the Team Members in the garage. I had my 2004 Infiniti in there for oil change and tire rotation,a and I asked Chuck Wheeler and Brandon Dunnavant for assistance on checking my Transmission fluid, as it was not driving smooth. They explained the special transmission fluid check for different years of cars, and ensured mine was OK for them to do, ( Not an Infiniti dealer required item ) and unscrewed the bolt, checked the level, and ensured they used the correct fluid for the make, year of car. They added some fluid, and did not charge me. They told me to run the car a few days and come back, and they would check it again, which we did, and my wife dropped it by, and they were So nice to her, checked it again, added some more, and no charge. They took great care of us, and the car is running a lot better! They were very polite, kind, and helpful and took the time to explain everything. They also Always top the air off in my tires for n/c when I stop by, and I know it is done right with the right amount, ensuring I get the max life out of my tires. Thank you Big O!
