System for making service appt. needs improvement. I called on F to make appt. for service on M. Got prices for service I wanted and scheduled time to bring in vehicle. When vehicle was brought in at scheduled time, there was no appt. and no idea of what service was requested.

The service work waa done in a reasonable amount of time.

Was very frustrated when I left. I took my car in for an oil change and when I went back to pick it up, they had charged me $74 for it. Every other place in town I have gone before charges maybe maximum of $45 total. I came to Big O for the fast service - which was great. I will continue to come back for other things, but an oil change isn't one of them.

I have seldom ever regretted going to Big O. They are fast, friendly and convenient with very competitive prices.

Good Service, took me to work, friendly! The only thing I was surprised to see was a charge for a 3 year warranty service and I was not asked if I wanted it. Probably would have said Yes but was not asked!

Our experience at the Jeff City office has always been a good one. The gentlemen are courteous, friendly, and we are treated well. Don't know if you recognize this but these things are very important to customers.

The guys took good care of my vehicle, knowing I was taking it out of town for the weekend. Glad I took it in when I did. Thanks.

I always bring my cars here to have the oil changed. Last week was no exception. I received prompt service from the time I walked in the door until I picked up my car after the work was done. I highly recommend Big O Tires on Christy Drive.

They did a good job on my car

Last Thursday, had my car serviced...oil change and wheel alignment. Never that easy, is it? The mechanic working on my car noticed 2 tires that I had purchased in St. Louis...another chain, not that long ago, actually had DRY ROT!Needless to say, I purchased 2 new tires from the Christy location. And am NEVERTHELESS dealing with that other chain again. The gang at Big O on Christy, have always taken great care of me....probably because they know I am "mechanically challenged", but I've never felt taken advantage of....my car now rides a lot smoother and I feel safer.Big O has my back.

I was treated with courtesy and my questions were answered promptly.

These fellows are THE BEST! They are ALWAYS helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly! They go the extra mile in service! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

They replaced my wiper for me within 15 minutes yesterday
