Big O Tires

I always get my oil changed at Big O. The guys there always make me feel like I'm the only customer there. Received a call when completed as requested.

Quickly got me in to get my oil change. Very relaxed waiting area with hot coffee in the mid of day.

They did my brakes said they bleed them but the pedals still goes half way to the floor. Just seems to me that should not happen.

John L. at your Big O on Jefferson Street in Jefferson City provides amazing customer service. The tires on my 2011 Ford Taurus were just over a year old and were shooting craps for us. He worked with in getting them replaced in a timely manner after determining that they were bad tires. Thanks for all your help John!!!

I was informed that my battery had approximately 60% charge. I declined purchasing a new battery at this time but I appreciated the heads up

I had gotten a flat tire so I took my car up to Big O since I had bought my tires there. The guys were really polite and helpful. They got me in and out as quickly as they could. I always enjoy the customer service I receive when I go to Big O.

I am disappointed that Big O had done away with the men's day discount on oil changes. I did not realize that you discriminated against men by offering lower prices to women. Very unfair and should be changed.

I came in after having standard maintenance oil change & my car has some problems with the wheel making noise. I brought it in and the staff reviewed previous repair statements to help me know other problems serviced other places shouldn't be happening as frequently as it might have happened during that timeframe. It helped me to determine if I should take my vehicle to a previous shop for repairs or if it was a new issue. It was a new issue in which they notified me of repaired it quickly and at a lower cost than previously discussed. I was very happy with the service and friendly customer service given to me. They were polite and knowledge about parts and made recommendations as to why to obtain warranty parts. Very pleased!

I have done business with this store for years and am happy with the service and products I have purchased with them.

I really would like to receive coupons in the mail. I was told Big O no longer does price matching and know of the coupons but have never received them. Thank you!

Andy was great. Was willing to work on the price to meet my desires for tire size and specifications. The installer was careful with my wheels and took his time to make sure everything was completed properly. Very satisfied customer!!
