Big O Tires

I brought my car in for a tire repair - nail in the center of the tread. Afterwards, I didn't drive the next day but the day after that I saw that my tire pressure was back down to 20-something PSI. I took my car back to the shop and was told that whoever patched it up previously, it didn't take (didn't fully adhere at the corners of the patch). It was annoying but not the end of the world. However, it would be nice for a simple job like that to have done correctly the first time.

All employees that I dealt with were new and therefore the rapport and confidence that had been established with previous employees was missing. I had stopped in and asked for a call with a quote for service but I had to call them back just before closing to get quote since they had not called back.

Andy is always great to deal with. I've put new tires on 2 of my vehicles here in the last month. I have no reason to go anywhere else for tires. They have great deals and tires and are always fast professional and courteous. I will continue to go back to the Big O on Jefferson St.

Typically I receive excellent service from Big-O, but I just wasn't satisfied that everything was done to ensure I would not have ongoing issues. I was told technician checked tires for leaks but no mention of valve stems. I've experienced issues off and on for several months but have never been in a position to drop the vehicle by the service center. Being told to stop back by if problems continue is somewhat understandable but it just didn't meet your typically high standard.

I put camber adjustment bars on the back of car.Was told one bar was on backwards and paid to correct it but when I got it home and looked at it the bar was installed the exact same way.I will check all work done before I leave from now on. Every thing else was fine with big o

I have been having problems with a tire since shortly after I bought it at Big O. The low air pressure light was always coming on. It has been in twice to check it. I hope that they have now taken care of the cause. However, when after they said that it was ready, I went out to go home. The low tire pressure light came on and stayed on before I even drove off. I went back in and asked about it. Two employees said that it would go out once I drove it. Well 3 days later it has not. Because of the cold weather no service station has air outside. I am just upset that I trusted them and they apparently did not know what they were talking about.

Called on a Saturday afternoon and was able to get my Jeep in for 4 new tires and an alignment on the same day, even though they closed at 3pm. Great service! Thanks Big O.

Had a flat tire. Realize there were cars being worked on in the bays and I was a drop in but based on the number of people waiting I am guessing these cars being work on were probably not going to be picked up until after work. Just guessing. So I sat there for almost an hour and 15 minutes. Would have been nice if I had been informed I was going to be sitting there that long. I would also add that when I got my car inspected at this facility they forgot to install an inspection sticker on my windshield and when I came back to question this oversight I was told don't worry about it. So I guess if for some reason I should be pulled over by law enforcement and they question why I do not have a current inspection sticker I just tell them BIG O told me not to worry about it.

I brought in a flat tire toward the end of the day. I was leaving early the next morning and needed it fixed ASAP. The shop got right on it and I was out the door with a fixed tire in 20 minutes.

The only complaint that I have is they didn't put the next oil change sticker in the window. I didn't notice it until I was already on the way home.

I had my tires rotated, balanced and aligned. The service was very professional and I thought that the price for these services was reasonable.

We bought 4 tires there. I was called saying I needed a front end alignment. I agreed to have it done. Upon picking up my car they had not charged me. I was thankful for not being charged however upon driving my car I had to take it back in because it was pulling really hard to the left. I took it back I and it was better but still pulled slightly to the left. On Thursday I took it for an oil change and asked them to look at it as well as my brakes. I received a call stating I had warped rotors, brakes and a tie rod that needed replaced. I had my mechanic look at it and he did agree that I needed the brakes and rotors but my tie rod was fine. I was really disappointed that I was misled I do realize people make mistakes but feel that first of all my alignment hasn't been fixed which affects my warranty then to be told that my car needed something it didn't.

Always like the guys at this location. I appreciate their friendliness.

Went in for ladies day, Had to go back after paying because I realized ladies day discount was not given. Tire rotation was NOT done

Excellent service. Just got back from a long cross country drive and two of my tires were actually coming apart. Pulled in to the shop and they had me a new set of tires with an alignment in 90 minutes. The tires I wanted was even in their inventory. Great service.

Friendly, but pricey. Twice this year I've spent way much more money than remotely anticipated here. I'm fine with coming here for small routine stuff, but I'm going to have to try shopping around for someplace more affordable for the unexpected things.
