Was not informed they were behind and they didnt check tire pressure; Tire light on the next day...all tired were low on pressure

I had my tires rotated, balanced and aligned. The service was very professional and I thought that the price for these services was reasonable.

Be mindful of how you up sale potential customers. Ask them if they're looking for a specific price range in product.

I always get my oil changed and tires rotated at your store. But when they indicate something is wrong, I do not trust them. This last time they said by rear wheel bearings were loose. I took it to another dealing and they said everything looked good and was tight. They told my daughter that her front wheel bearings and ball joints were bad but come to find out, it was the tires. My husband takes his truck to them and they tell him he needs an alignment, he tells them they did one 6 months ago so re-align it. Their reply, "Oh it's not that bad." So I have them change my oil and rotate tires, but that's about it. I do buy my tires from them as well.

Excellent service. Just got back from a long cross country drive and two of my tires were actually coming apart. Pulled in to the shop and they had me a new set of tires with an alignment in 90 minutes. The tires I wanted was even in their inventory. Great service.

I am checking to see if I can get a rebate. Andy said I could get a $20 rebate for completing the customer survey.

I got 2 of my tires replaced and when I left, lost one of the hubcaps. Called ASAP to let them know and the gentleman I spoke with said he'd need to check with management and have someone call me back but made me think that they would make it right even if a new one needed to be ordered. No call back that day, called yesterday and was told the manager still needed to call me back. Received a call back today to learn they may not do anything because my car left the property, but still need to check with manager. but I need to bring my car in for pictures. I called within 30 min of leaving. I feel like that should count for something. I just feel like the job was rushed because they were busy and now I'm not being taken seriously.

I went in for a tire rotation and an oil change. I was told that the rotation didn't occur. Then I was called and told that the bake brakes and roters needed to be changed and axles were leaking. I agreed to go ahead and do the work. It was almost $600. I was never shown the roters and do not know if I was scammed into more work. Again, I never got my tire rotation.

I was there a week ago. Very fast service and they text you to le you know that your car is ready! Great idea!

I normally get great service but this visit was ok

I rated the quality of service lower only because I asked solely for an oil change, but was given an alignment as well. Which means they were going to charge me $100 more than what I was able to pay. However, once I explained that I never requested an alignment it was instantly dropped from the bill without any disputes, so I can't complain at all about the customer service.

Andy and the other guys are Great at Big O Tires. Always so helpful, and friendly. They work hard to get the work done on time and explain the issues that are needing repair.

Asked for tire rotation and balance. Front passenger tire wasn't rotated nor were the tires balanced. Very disappointing seeing I bought big o brand tires with 60000 mile warranty and I doubt the tires will make it that far.

Service was great and prompt. Inspector reviewed work that was completed.
