Big O Tires

We've been customers for many years. The reason we keep coming back is because of the courtesies extended to us and their expertise. They always work you in. (I appreciate that because we live out of town.)

I generally take all my vehicles to Big O Tires for all my services. I recently moved and had used a big o back in my prior location. Not that it was a long time, but for an oil change with a scheduled visit at the prior location, it took an hour and a half. At this new location I was very impressed thinking I would be waiting 2 and a half hours for an oil change and wheel alignment. NOPE! I was in and out of there within the hour. I was very impressed! My time wasn’t wasted and my money went to exactly what needed to be done with no further labor costs. I’m extremely satisfied with my visit at the location. Not to mention the staff was very friendly and kind.

Andy did a phenomenal job assisting me with my windshield wiper replacement. He made it very quick and easy! I would totally return!!!

Andy was Great and helped me get the best price possible by working with Michelin on getting a credit on my old tires, as they did not get enough miles on them. He ordered new ones and got me in when needed. Andy is the best! Thanks!

First time using Big O Tires for oil change. I think I found a new place. Have used Jiffy Lube in past but nickel and dime you! It is great they offer Ladies Discount on Thursdays. I was very impressed by the information that was given to me over the phone, when I arrived to check in the car, and when I picked up the car. Excellence Service! This is hard to find these days.
