Big O on crista in Jefferson City is my tire store! I think the managers name is Andy and he is aceptional. All your store's should have someone like him.

With our work schedules it is very hard for me to be able to schedule appointments for routine oil changes and tire rotation and wait while service is performed. I love that BigO will let me drop off my vehicle and pick it up the next day at my convenience!

Given the situation, I'm glad they had what I needed. Honestly it was the smoothest part of my automotive ordeal. The car drives better than before I came in, which is kinda the point.

I brought in a flat tire toward the end of the day. I was leaving early the next morning and needed it fixed ASAP. The shop got right on it and I was out the door with a fixed tire in 20 minutes.
