I had my tires rotated, balanced and aligned. The service was very professional and I thought that the price for these services was reasonable.

I went in with a ton of anxiety and issues that were told to me by another service establishment. Tony and his boss took very good care of me and my needs

Excellent service. Just got back from a long cross country drive and two of my tires were actually coming apart. Pulled in to the shop and they had me a new set of tires with an alignment in 90 minutes. The tires I wanted was even in their inventory. Great service.

I rated the quality of service lower only because I asked solely for an oil change, but was given an alignment as well. Which means they were going to charge me $100 more than what I was able to pay. However, once I explained that I never requested an alignment it was instantly dropped from the bill without any disputes, so I can't complain at all about the customer service.

I enjoyed the ease of scheduling as well as the performance of the employees. The salesperson went above and beyond to get my specific tire type from the store across town and had them delivered to his location so they could be installed during my lunch break!

Andy and the other guys are Great at Big O Tires. Always so helpful, and friendly. They work hard to get the work done on time and explain the issues that are needing repair.
