Big O Tires

Big O always gives us a check up before a trip. The car had no problems that we were aware of, however they found the rear tow needed some attention. We appreciate in and out in a day, ready for the trip.

Staff were very pleasant and informative. Location was very clean. Job was well done.

Previous question doesn't say on 1 - 5, which is better. I selected 5 as best. Andy is Great, and I appreciate everything he did to assist me, getting me in in right away to look at issues on my car and fixing them. I come to Big O because of the great team you have, especially Andy.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Brandon for all of the time he puts in on my vehicles. Several times I have had some not so easy of issues to figure out. He does not get discouraged and always takes the time to listen to my thoughts as to what the problem might be as well as putting his expertise to work in order to resolve the issue. This is a great group of guys that work together to get the job done. This is why I keep coming back and always recommend Big O to other people. One thing that I miss and would like to see come back is the road force balance machine. There are times a standard balance does not work and it would be nice if this were in-house. Thank you, Greg

my battery went dead as I was picking up my grand kids from school. I called ANDY (I have been a customer for many years). Andy is always willing to help me and be fair. He is great. He told me to bring in my car and he would see that I was taken care of. Upon arriving he and his people took me right in and solved my problem. Great facilities and great service. They made sure everything was right and didn't try to get me to buy stuff I didn't need.

The customer service was amazing. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes for an alignment and everyone was over the top friendly and accommodating. Not only did they explain things to me but my curious and special needs son as well! They were patient, kind and I’d even say loving!

Got to my realignment quickly. Got to notify us that the car was finished.
