I have taken all my vehicles to Big O and they are always polite and professional.

Everyone was awesome and explained everything to me clearly. On my tire purchase the associate Kevin made sure that the size of tire I needed was in stock and made me an appointment for the next day. Thank you all!!!

I had an excellent experience @ BIG O TIRES however I have noticed it is a little hectic & crazy there @ times....1 thing I think that would need to be improved on is having more than just 2 people answering the phones & trying to help customers @ the same time,especially if a line starts to form with customers waiting. There are only 2 people doing both the phones & customers, can this be improved for better service?

I always receive good service. I feel the employees are concerned about providing the best service possible and do not try to sell me unneeded services.

Andy, Kevin and the entire Team are Great! I had a flat tire, on the side of the tire and it couldn't be repaired. I was happy I had my road hazzard warranty I purchased with the tires! Big-O on Christy Drive keeps me rolling. They are always friendly and do a good job, but quick to address any problems.

Nice clean, quiet waiting area. Service was completed sooner then expected. Prices explained before service rendered--told me of other work that should be done in future. Checking out was easy and they brought the car right to me. Staff on floor and in work bays were friendly and helpful.

Andy handled my request to repair a tire air leak quickly and got it done while I waited.

They was very nice and accurate with the time and prices of our tires.

Andy and Wes always go over and above to make sure that I am taken care of. Even though I had to take the vehicle back for the same problem they made sure that it was right. I take all of my vehicles to Big O for all services. They also ask before doing any services that I did not request and a heads up for things that will need to be done in the near future.
