Big O Tires

While traveling home from vacation pulling a boat, we had the unfortunate luck to have blown two trailer tires. Big O Tires on Jefferson Street in Jefferson City took great care of us. We purchased five new trailer tires. They had them installed and had us back on the road in less then an hour. Thank you, Kevin, for all of your help!!

Andy is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining all the details.

My wife took the car in and they located the defective tire repaired it and got her on her way. Fast and efficient.

Staff were very friendly. Easy to book an appointment online. The price was pretty steep for an oil change, but they did get me in fast.

The staff here is wonderful. They speak to you with respect and thoroughly explain everything to you as well as other options. I own two very expensive vehicles and I never feel like they are just upselling me on services. I get exactly what I need every time. They just replaced the brakes and rotors on them and its just like the dealership service with significant cost savings. it's been a long time since auto shops were truly honest in their dealings and I am very glad to find that here with Duane and the other Service Reps at Big O.

Andy and the Team are great! Andy is the Best, and always takes grear care of us.

I dropped my tire off to be fixed and a short time later, the guy called and said my tire was ready.

They are always courteous and helpful. Very seldom have issues with anything they help with. Front desk and guys in the shop keep open communication with services!

My wait time was about average, I would say thirty minutes or less and the tire was repaired and at no charge since I had purchased my tires at this location

The person helping me with my tires was fantastic. He couldn't get what I picked online for like a week so he got me alternative shipped that same day and had my car done in a quick time frame on top of it

Straightforward honest service as always. Clean and well staffed to take care of business.

Came in with a flat ended up needing a tire bought 2. But was a problem with lug and they ended up breaking sensor so they replace hub at no charge and let me use they vehicle to get to work.
