CAME IN WITH A DEAD BATTERY. NEW ONE INSTALLED IN RECORD TIME AND I WAS BACK ON THE ROAD.

Greeted at the door with a exuberant welcome, I was in and out without problems. I never feel like the mechanics try to up sell. If I have a problem they give me options. No pressure.

Quent went above and beyond to drive a couple of miles to jump start my wife’s Jeep! He then followed her back to Big O where they pulled her right in and installed a new battery and did an oil change and serviced her Jeep.

Very helpful, and courteous. Listened to my requests and followed through. They also communicated well and serviced my vehicle in a timely manner.

I called the store at 7:30am & Brandy had me scheduled and then had a coworker come pick my car at my work. It was done and back to me way before I got off work! Customer service was top notch!

When I arrived for my appointment my car was taken back to work on within 10 minutes. I had an oil change and tire rotation this time. I travel quite a bit and I am a regular at this location.
