Big O Tires

i had leaking tire at 7am, went to BIG 0 ,got the tire fixed even though they were busy with other customers and got to my business on time,that is service. I my wife, my son and friends all to BIG 0 for service.

The staff is awesome at this location. I go there for inspections and tire service a lot since I moved.

This was our trip to Big O in Osage Beach. We have used them as our only tire and auto service since we moved here 12 years ago. Sadly, we are leaving them and this lovely area to move to Phoenix. I would, without hesitation, refer others to them and have already told our new homeowners about them. He already said you had repaired a bad tire on his boat trailer and he was very satisfied!!! I am happy for Derek that he has moved on to the next level. He deserves it!!!

Brought in for a noise. Found the issue and other issues.

Stopped in because I was having problems with my car battery not holding a charge. A couple of your service folks immediately went out and started testing to find the problem. My alternater needed replaced. They explained how it all worked (in terms I understood) and then went work on getting me a time and $$ amt. My car was fixed and ready to go at the end of the day. Felt completely confident in their knowledge and quality of work. Will for sure be returning with all my future repairs/service needed. Also was treated well and communication was excellent. Thank you.
