Big O Tires

I had some 35's I need rebalanced on my Jeep. I had another shop, not local balance my wheels and tires and they could only do the inside of the wheel which caused vibrations at highway speeds. I walked in and was greeted right away, I inquired about the cost of a rebalance and was quoted a VERY fair price and was told they would be able to do it right then. It took about a half hour to 45 min. but that should be expected, They are large tires. I will be having them do other work that I can't do myself in the future.. Thanks guys for your hard work and care you took with my Jeep!!!

i called and was able to get in right away. the tires i wanted had to be ordered and only took 2 days to come in. Excellent service

When I called to make my appointment, the person helping me listened politely, made relevant recommendations, and saw to it that I could be fit in on the date needed. When I arrived, everything went as he said it would and without a hitch.

called to see if I could be fit in for fixing a leaking tire. They said if I would wait a little while it would probably be better. I waited a little over half an hour and I didn't have to waid very long and they had the tire fixed.

I appreciated that they took the time to help me find the real issue though I kept coming back.

Very nice place. Bought tires there. When I came back with a slow leak months later, no charge. Very polite people.

All of my car servieces were done well in a acceptable time interval. Staff were so friendly too.

Went in for a tire rotation and flat repair knowing my tires where on the verge of being no good. I wasn't pressured into buying anything new. They were great help. In the end I changed my mind on my own after I left my truck there to get the tire rotation and called them back and went ahead and bought 6 new tires. They had my truck done quickly and timely. The best big o I've done business with!! Thanks guys!!!

Quick service; got a tire fixed in under an hour. They also checked the oil and performed an oil change (which I should have done some time ago).

Making the appointment online was so easy. When we arrived the business was clean we were met with very professional staff. They were extremely thorough and professional in all the work they performed. Definitely will return to them and recommend them to family and friends!

I used them for three sets of tires 2 in 2015 and one set in 2016 as well as two oil changes always had great services from them.

Service was completed at the scheduled time, and had no issues with the service. Only issue may be the price, but it's not too high. Just higher than I was expecting.
