I have a Big O store 5 min away from me but I choose to drive the 25 min to the store in Rolla because of the excellent service. I went this time for an oil change and as always great customer service and fast service in and out the door.

We were returning home from a trip west when we had a flat outside of Rolla. They worked us in and replaced our tire so we could continue the journey. I think this is the second evaluation I did.

They are always friendly and strait forward if there is a problem with your car. They are always willing to help. They are always doing something. I never seen them just standing around.

I needed new tires and the front desk guy helped me with price matching a set. They also fixed a vibration that a previous shop could not fix that I was dealing with for years from my last brand new set of tires. The new set are awesome and my Jeep drives much smoother!

Between getting my new tires and leveling kit. I dropped my truck off for new breaks. I swear an hour later they called me and it was done in time to head to st.louis. They also take great care of my company trucks! Funny thing is I'm making an appointment to get new tires on my flatbed delivery truck as well! Thanks guys you rock! Jeremy your awesome!

I can in for a simple oil change and tire balance, and explained to the associates that there was a shake/ rumble in my 2017 Ram 1500 when I exceeded 65 mph. The associates completed the oil change/ service and were all very helpful and determined to fix the issue. Tires were then rotated and balanced, they checked over everything and tested it out and still had the issue, so they continued doing everything they could. The truck drives great and every single employee kept me updated throughout the process.

We are beef cattle farmers and this time v of year hay making is a priority that is weather dependant. Each time we have taken equipment tires which aren't or normal sizes shapes, and or truck and trailer tires the folks are anxious to help and will try hard to work us in sooner than later. I feel like they understand out time line and work hard to be a partner. I truly appreciate their effort. Tom Strain

Did a Great Job during a time when they were swamped.

The management (Shannon and Andrew) do a great job. I made an appointment ahead of time for an alignment check. It was done promptly, efficiently, and professionally. My tire pressure was also checked. Even though they were very busy, everyone was polite and respectful. Thank you.
