Excellent customer service

I have a Big O store 5 min away from me but I choose to drive the 25 min to the store in Rolla because of the excellent service. I went this time for an oil change and as always great customer service and fast service in and out the door.

Everyone is always helpful, I have used Big O for a few years now and I've never had any issues with anyone.

Between getting my new tires and leveling kit. I dropped my truck off for new breaks. I swear an hour later they called me and it was done in time to head to st.louis. They are always friendly and strait forward if there is a problem with your car. They are always willing to help. They are always doing something. I never seen them just standing around.

We are beef cattle farmers and this time v of year hay making is a priority that is weather dependant. Each time we have taken equipment tires which aren't or normal sizes shapes, and or truck and trailer tires the folks are anxious to help and will try hard to work us in sooner than later. Did a Great Job during a time when they were swamped.

I needed new tires and the front desk guy helped me with price matching a set. They also fixed a vibration that a previous shop could not fix that I was dealing with for years from my last brand new set of tires. The new set are awesome and my Jeep drives much smoother!
