Everyone was great and communicated with me through the whole process. They also verified that my vehicle did not need an alignment after another shop told me it was needed.

Needed a cheap set of tires for a project car. Wasn't pushed to buy something I didn't need. They came and showed me options and prices. I picked what I wanted and they installed them. Quick, efficient, and absolutely painless. Probably the tenth set I've gotten from Big O, and the service I expect is always given.

I was greeted right away each time, they were quick to get me in and out. When I returned right away after noticing an issue, they got to it right away again and resolved the problem.

The guys at the rolla store are awesome. Very friendly! They are always willing to explain why something is needed or why it can wait. I don't feel I am getting charged for something I really don't need. Excellent service center.

I had a flat tire on my car. Starting with the roadside assistance, the process was very smooth. My car was towed from my house to my local Big O. The staff at Big O got my vehicle in quickly and got the tire repaired in a very short amount of time. Everyone is so friendly and helpful every time I go to the store.

Our 40 ft motor home was pulling a tow dolly on 44 in Rolla, Mo. Unfortunately we hit some bumps in the road and the dolly blew a tire. Fortunately we were able to get the tire to Big O tires off North Bishop. With only 20 minutes before closing the team was able to find the right size tire (an odd size and the last one in stock) and remount it for us. We were back on the road in no time, we received excellent service. The tire was a good deal, but the service and timing was priceless to us.
