Big O Tires

My sons car had a tire ruined the day he had to head back to college. Special size tire so it wasn't in stock. Big O's found some in a warehouse and had it brought in within two hours. Replaced the two back tires in 30 minutes and we were gone. Awesome. Love this place!

They provided the service that I required, and got it done quick for a low price.

I was highly satisfied with my Big O Tire experience because our wait time to get two tires changed was very short. The store was very clean and neat. They had everything on display so customers could see product choices. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in getting our tires changed.

I got my oil changed here last Friday. They got me in and out in a timely manner even though they were pretty busy, and food a great job, too. This was not my first trip to Big O in Rolla, though. Everyone here is always so kind and courteous. I don't feel like they try to push any unnecessary repairs on me, but they do a great job letting me know when repairs ARE necessary and handling those repairs and maintenance as needed. I never go into Big O or come out feeling swindled. They are awesome.

Fast and courteous service. The manager is always friendly as the other employees. The technicians seem to do a good job and explain the condition of the vehicle.

They were busy and they still got me in within my appointment by 15 minutes. Once the car was in there, they finished pretty quickly. I was originally quoted $167 for 2 tires but ended up paying $166 with the tire protection plan that I originally wasn't going to get.
